Tianjin Binhai Otai Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd locates in Tianjin Binhai New Area which is one of the national key areas to develop. Being the first and so far the only high-end building waterproof materials manufacturer in Binhai Area, Tianjin Otai occupying about 15,000 square meters (162,000 square feet).
Otai's key products are membranes of TPO, PVC, EPDM, EVA, HDPE, Bitumen Membrane, Asphalt Shingles, etc., with annually production 9 million square meters .
Ocme Waterproof Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd is established by U.S. ACME Cohen Co., Ltd and Tianjin Binhai Otai Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd in China and specializes in design, development, manufacturing and sale of pre-fabricated drains vent system, waterproof fixed system, coated steel sheet system, TPO painting system.
Otai also has a subsidiary installation company named Tianjin Oakland Waterproof Engineering Co., Ltd which is qualified with National Grade 2 waterproof construction qualification with annually output value over 100 million RMB (18 million USD). Tianjin Oakland has done a number of waterproofing projects which are buildings of governments, central enterprises, and gained fantastic reputation by winning dozens of Awards by those projects.
PENNINT CO., LTD is the export company, aims at marketing and doing business with all the overseas' clients.
